This notice covers the service-request and driver-interest forms on this website.

Information you provide

Service requests collect contact, business and shipment details. Driver introductions collect contact details, license class, commercial driving background, work preferences and your answers to job-related questions. Please do not include Social Security numbers, dates of birth, license numbers, medical information or confidential documents.

How information is used

Jaskins uses submissions to review your inquiry, contact you and maintain appropriate business records. The driver introduction is reviewed by people; it does not automatically approve, reject or score applicants. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and email

The website is hosted through Vercel. Submissions are stored in the Jaskins Supabase project. When email delivery is configured, the submitted answers are sent through Resend to the designated Jaskins review inbox. Authorized personnel and these service providers process information for those purposes. Email is not an appropriate place for sensitive identity or medical documents.

Technical information

We use a hashed network identifier, request identifier and timestamps to limit abuse and avoid duplicate submissions. The browser may retain a request fingerprint for retries in its current session. A short-lived receipt cookie lets you view the confirmation after a successful submission. Raw form answers are not written to browser storage by this website.

Keeping records and correcting information

Information is kept for inquiry review, follow-up and legitimate business or recordkeeping needs. To request a correction or ask about your information, contact the Jaskins team through the reply to your inquiry or the contact route below, and include your reference rather than resubmitting sensitive information.
